Hazrat Imam Sultan Muhammad Shah (a.s.) says in his Farman:
"Say your Du'a and attend to your Ibadat and thereby recognize Allah. Whatever may be the case, say your Sanji, Somni and Subhu-ji Du'a" (Manjevadi - India, 27.12.1893)
Mowlana Hazar Imam also advises us to say our prayers regularly.
He says: "I would like you to be very regular in attendance in Jamatkhana, to be regular in prayer, to be regular in service ".(Chittagong,3.12.1964).
Just as he wishes us to say our prayers regularly, Mowlana Hazar Imam also wishes that we attend Jamatkhana regularly. When we go out to play,it is not much fun to play alone. And when we go to a picnic we like to have our friends with us because we will not enjoy ourselves picnicking alone. It is the same with prayers. We gain a great deal more by attending Jamatkhana and saying our prayers with the Jamat.
We Ismailis gather in Jamatkhana three times a day. This daily gathering makes us love one another more. When anyone who regularly comes to Jamatkhana suddenly stops coming, we know that he is either sick or that something has happened. Then we enquire about him. In this way we develop brotherhood and learn to help one another. Our daily attendance in Jamatkhana also gives us the chance to gain from other religious ceremonies. We can also serve the Jamat. Our service to the Jamat is service to Mowlana Hazar Imam and our Holy Faith. There are many benefits in attending Jamatkhana regularly. Hazrat Imam Sultan Muhammad Shah (a.s.) says in his Farman:
"It is necessary and a duty of a mu'min to attend Jamatkhana daily to offer prayers. Those who come to Jamatkhana to attend prayers, gain a lot". (Zanzibar - 11.9.1899).
