After we have taken Ab-e-Safa we are offered SUKREET.
The word SUKREET means 'GOOD DEEDS', 'GOOD ACTIONS'. As we take Sukreet we must say
'HAI ZINDA' and the person giving the Sukreet will say 'KAYAM PAYA'.
Sukreet is a sweet food made with flour, ghee, sugar, milk and Niyaz.
-Sukreet is Holy Food and full of blessings.We must take Sukreet and eat it with great care and complete faith.
As we take and eat it we must be very careful not to drop it on the floor.
